Asif has over 22 years' experience in providing professional services which includes 8 years with a Big 4 firm in London, UK. Asif is the regional head of quality and risk at PKF in Eastern Africa.

- MBA with distinction from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University, UK
- Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya - FCPA (K)
- Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK - FCCA
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, UK - ACA
Key Experience:
Asif has led audit and assurance as well as IT risk advisory engagements for a number of businesses including large quoted/listed and privately held multinational businesses both in Kenya and the UK. He also has transaction services experience including IPO related services and mergers and acquisitions (including private equity buy-outs).
He is a member of the ICPAK Professional Standards Committee and the chair of the PKF in Eastern Africa Technical Committee. Asif is also the co-author of the Wiley IFRS Interpretations Guide 2014 - 2023 and has extensive knowledge and experience of IFRS, UK GAAP and US GAAP.
