Service Delivery Assessment

In order to help clients secure the best value from their ICT services, we provide an independent assurance service to determine whether their operations are performing and are being managed effectively. We will offer practical recommendations for improvement including the adoption of best practice.

We can advise on a range of issues in this arena including: Service Level Agreement design; the application of performance management and incentivisation mechanisms, commissioning and delivery process analysis, effective partnership working, skills and competence evaluations, structures for both client and delivery organisations and governance arrangements.

This service can be provided on a variety of ways but will typically be delivered through focused studies resourced by appropriately skilled consultants, perhaps as a follow up to an initial Healthcheck or Review.
